Our Permanent Home in Newport
After more than a decade of operations at Dragon House, we have purchased both units that make up our premises, establishing a permanent home for Autohaus Newport. Our larger workshop lets us carry out a wide range of conversion work under one roof and provides the space to keep developing our services and manufacturing capabilities. A key feature of our workshop is our in-house CNC machinery. This enables us to design and manufacture bespoke, lightweight campervan kitchens, storage units, and furniture tailored to individual vehicles and layouts.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of campervan and motorhome conversion services, including individual installations and upgrades, as well as complete conversions. Our services cover campervan windows, RIB beds and seating, diesel heaters, electrical systems, leisure batteries and lithium upgrades, solar panels, insulation, carpet lining, flooring, upholstery, awnings, and bespoke CNC-manufactured furniture. Every conversion is unique, so we consider how you'll use the vehicle, including travel, sleeping, cooking, storage, and off-grid needs. We use suitable materials and established components to create practical interiors designed for long-term use.
Safety, Insurance, and Certification
We understand that your vehicle represents a significant investment, and we take that responsibility seriously. Autohaus Newport is fully insured while working on our customers' vehicles. Safety is a priority in every installation, especially regarding electrical, gas, or structural work. When certification is required, qualified engineers will inspect and certify electrical and gas installations and provide the appropriate documentation for the work performed.
